How do I setup a new account?

Setting up a new account is very easy by using the form on our SignUp Page:

  • Select the location of the data centers you would like to backup to (US, Canada or UK)
  • Choose the type of computer you will be backing up - Windows or Mac
  • Click the link to register and download the software

You will then be directed to the correct registration site where you will enter your contact information and then download the software to install on your computer.

All new accounts recieve a free 30 day trial period so that you can evaluate our service.  No credit card or billing information is required and their are no restrictions during the trial period.

If you need any help with setting up or configuring your backups we are glad to provide assistance.
