The Backup Account Management Website is a self-service Web site that allows you to download the BackUp Solutions for PC and Mac software and manage your account. You can edit your profile information, reinstall the software and retrieve files from this Web site.

You can access the Backup Account Management Website from the BackUp Solutions PC and Mac Agent. Select Manage Account Online from the Windows Tools menu or the Mac Application menu in the Mac Agent software.

To log in to the Web site, use your email address and the password you selected when you registered for your account. If you do not remember your password please submit a ticket.
